Section 1Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Terrorism Act 2000 (Code of Practice on Video Recording of Interviews) (Northern Ireland) Order 2001 and shall come into force on 19th February 2001.

Section 2Code of Practice
The code of practice in connection with the video recording with sound of any interview by a constable of a person detained under Schedule 7 to or section 41 of the 2000 Act where the interview takes place in Northern Ireland in a police station (within the meaning of paragraph 1(2) of Schedule 8 to the 2000 Act), which was laid before Parliament in draft on 15th January 2001, shall come into operation on 19th February 2001.
