Section 1Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Human Rights Act 1998 (Amendment No. 2) Order 2001, and shall come into force on 20th December 2001.

Before Part II of Schedule 3 to the Human Rights Act 1998 there is inserted, as Part I, the text of the derogation set out in the Schedule to this Order.
