Section 1
(1) This Order may be cited as the Gaming Act (Variation of Monetary Limits) (No. 2) Order 2001 and shall come into force on 14th January 2002.
(2) This Order extends to England and Wales and Scotland.

The Gaming Act (Variation of Monetary Limits) (No. 2) Order 2001
Section 2
It is hereby directed that paragraph (c) of section 21(2) of the Gaming Act 1968 (conditions on which gaming for prizes is permitted at licensed club premises) shall have effect as if for the sum specified in that paragraph there were substituted the sum of £25.
Section 3
Article 4(c) of the Gaming Act (Variation of Monetary Limits) Order 1999 is hereby revoked.
