Section 1Citation, commencement and extent

(1) This Order may be cited as the Disabled Facilities Grants and Home Repair Assistance (Maximum Amounts) (Amendment No. 2) (England) Order 2001 and shall come into force on 21st January 2002.

(2) This Order extends to England only.

Section 2Amendment of Order

In article 2(a) of the Disabled Facilities Grants and Home Repair Assistance (Maximum Amounts) Order 1996 for “£20,000” substitute “ £25,000”.
