Section 1Citation, commencement and extent

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the National Treatment Agency (Amendment) Regulations 2001 and shall come into force on 30th January 2002.

(2) These Regulations extend to England only.

Section 2Amendment of Regulations

In regulation 3 of the National Treatment Agency Regulations 2001 (disqualification for appointment) sub-paragraph (d) of paragraph (1) is deleted.
