Section 1Citation, commencement and extent

(1) These Regulations may be cited as The Health Authorities (Membership and Procedure) Amendment (England) (No. 3) Regulations 2001 and shall come into force on 10th January 2002.

(2) These Regulations extend to England only.

Section 2Amendment of Regulations

In Schedule 2 to the Health Authorities (Membership and Procedure) Regulations 1996 (Special Health Authorities of which the chairman and members are not disqualified under regulation 10(1)(g)) insert in the appropriate alphabetical position, “National Treatment Agency” .
