Section 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

(1) This Order may be cited as the Southern Norfolk Primary Care Trust (Establishment) (Amendment) Order 2001 and shall come into force on 1st January 2002.

(2) In this Order “ the Order ” means the Southern Norfolk Primary Care Trust (Establishment) Order 2000 ;

and “the trust” means the trust established by the Order.

Section 2 Amendment of the Primary Care Trust Establishment Order

(1) The Order shall be amended in accordance with the following paragraphs.

(2) In the Schedule, in the entry for the District of South Norfolk there shall be deleted—

(a) after “Diss Town”, “Ditchingham”;

(b) after “Long Row”, “Marshland”;

(c) after “Valley”, “Waveney”.
