Section 1

This Order may be cited as the A47 Trunk Road (Hardwick Roundabout) Order 2001 and shall come into force on 31st December 2001.

Section 2

From the date when this Order comes into force the length of the highway described in the Schedule to this Order shall become a trunk road. The centre line of the new trunk road is indicated by a heavy black line on the plan numbered HA10/PS/262 marked “The A47 Trunk Road (Hardwick Roundabout) Order 2001”, and signed by authority of the Secretary of State for the Transport, Local Government and the Regions and deposited at the Deposit Document Service, DETR , Floor 13 (IMD), Ashdown House, St. Leonards On Sea, Hastings, East Sussex. TN37 7GA.
