Section 1Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the First Community Health, the Foundation and the Premier Health National Health Service Trusts (Dissolution) Order 2001 and shall come into force on 1st April 2001.

Section 2Dissolution of NHS trusts
(1) The First Community Health National Health Service Trust established by the First Community Health National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1990 is hereby dissolved, and accordingly that Order is hereby revoked.
(2) The Foundation National Health Service Trust established by the Mental Health Foundation of Mid-Staffordshire National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1990 is hereby dissolved, and accordingly that Order is hereby revoked.
(3) The Premier Health National Health Service Trust established by the Premier Health National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1994 is hereby dissolved, and accordingly that Order is hereby revoked.
