Section 1 Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as The Road Vehicles Lighting (Amendment) Regulations 2001 and shall come into force on 21st March 2001.

Section 2 Amendment of regulation 11

In regulation 11 of the Road Vehicles Lighting Regulations 1989 , after paragraph (2)(s) there is inserted—

(sa) reflected blue, yellow and white light from a retro reflective plate displaying a distinguishing sign in accordance with Council Regulation ( EC ) No. 2411/98 ;
