Section 1Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Carlisle Hospitals, the North Lakeland Healthcare and the West Cumbria Health Care National Health Service Trusts (Dissolution) Order 2001 and shall come into force on 1st April 2001.

Section 2Dissolution of NHS trusts
(1) The Carlisle Hospitals National Health Service Trust established by the Carlisle Hospitals National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1993 is hereby dissolved, and accordingly that Order is hereby revoked.
(2) The North Lakeland Healthcare National Health Service Trust established by the North Lakeland Healthcare National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1993 is hereby dissolved, and accordingly that Order is hereby revoked.
(3) The West Cumbria Health Care National Health Service Trust established by the West Cumbria Health Care National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1992 is hereby dissolved, and accordingly that Order is hereby revoked.
