Section 1Citation, commencement and extent

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Contaminated Land (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2001 and shall come into force on 1st April 2001.

(2) These Regulations extend to England only.

Section 2Appeals to a magistrates' court

In regulation 8(6) of the Contaminated Land (England) Regulations 2000 for the words “justices' clerk” there shall be substituted the words “justices' chief executive”.
