(1) This Order may be cited as the Justices of the Peace (Commission Areas) (Amendment) Order 2001 and shall come into force on 1st April 2001.
(2) In this Order “the 1999 Order ” means the Justices of the Peace (Commission Areas) Order 1999 .
(1) After the word “committee” in article 1(2) of the 1999 Order there shall be added the words “; and “the GLMCA ” means the Greater London Magistrates' Courts Authority referred to in section 30A(1) of the Justices of the Peace Act 1997 ”.
(2) For the Schedule to the 1999 Order there shall be substituted the Schedule to this Order.
