Section 1
These Regulations may be cited as the Children and Family Court Advisory and Support Service (Membership, Committee and Procedure) (Amendment) Regulations 2001 and shall come into force on 1st April 2001.

Section 2
In paragraph (7) of regulation 10 of the Children and Family Court Advisory and Support Service (Membership, Committee and Procedure) Regulations 2000 for the word “chairman” there shall be substituted the words “member presiding”.
