These Rules may be cited as the Court Funds (Amendment) Rules 2001 and shall come into force on 1st April 2001.

Section 2
In rule 2(2) of the Court Funds Rules 1987 , in the definition of “Court Funds Office”, for “Public Trust Office” there shall be substituted “Court Service”.
