Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Calderdale Healthcare and the Huddersfield Health Care Services National Health Service Trusts (Dissolution) Order 2001 and shall come into force on 1st April 2001.

Section 2Dissolution of NHS trusts

(1) The Calderdale Healthcare National Health Service Trust established by the Calderdale Healthcare National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1992 is hereby dissolved, and accordingly that Order is hereby revoked.

(2) The Huddersfield Health Care Services National Health Service Trust established by the Huddersfield Health Care Services National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1992 is hereby dissolved, and accordingly that Order is hereby revoked.
