Section 1Citation and extent

(1) This Order may be cited as the Care Standards Act 2000 (Commencement No. 3) (England) Order 2001.

(2) This Order extends to England only.

Section 2Appointed day

The day appointed for the coming into force of section 23(1) to (3) of the Care Standards Act 2000 is 2nd March 2001.
