Section 1
This Order may be cited as the Transport Act 2000 (Extinguishment of Loans) (Civil Aviation Authority) Order 2001 and shall come into force on 31st March 2001.

Section 2
All of the Civil Aviation Authority’s liabilities in respect of the principal the loans specified in the Schedule to this Order are hereby extinguished.
