Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Oxfordshire Community Health National Health Service Trust (Dissolution) Order 2001 and shall come into force on 1st April 2001.

Section 2Dissolution of NHS trusts

(1) The Oxfordshire Community Health National Health Service Trust established by the Oxfordshire Community Health National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1993 is hereby dissolved, and accordingly that Order is hereby revoked.
