Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Child Support, Pensions and Social Security Act 2000 (Commencement No. 7) Order 2001.

Section 2

The following provisions of the Child Support, Pensions and Social Security Act 2000 shall come into force on 1st April 2001—

(a) section 82;

(b) section 83;

(c) Schedule 8;

(d) Part IX of Schedule 9 and section 85(1) in so far as it relates to that Part.
