Section 1
(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Street Works (Inspection Fees) (Amendment) (England) Regulations 2001 and shall come into force on 1st April 2001.
(2) These Regulations extend to England only.

Section 2
In regulation 3(1) of the Street Works (Inspection Fees) Regulations 1992 for the figure of “£14.50” there shall be substituted “£15.50”.
Section 3
The Street Works (Inspection Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 1998 are revoked so far as they extend to England.
