Section 1Citation, commencement and interpretation
(1) This Order may be cited as the County of Cumbria (Electoral Changes) (Amendment) Order 2001.
(2) This Order shall come into force on the day after that on which it is made.

Section 2Amendment of Order
The County of Cumbria (Electoral Changes) Order 2000 is amended, in column (2) of the Schedule under the heading, “In the district of Eden”,—
(a) by the deletion of “Crosby Ravensworth” in the division of “Kirkby Stephen”; and
(b) in respect of the column (1) entry “Eden Lakes”, by the insertion of the ward of “Crosby Ravensworth”.
