Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Public Processions (Northern Ireland) Act 1998 (Accounts and Audit) Order 1998 and shall come into force on 29th December 1998.

Section 2Citation and commencement

In paragraph 12(5) of Schedule 1 to the Public Processions (Northern Ireland) Act 1998 for the words “31 December” where they appear in both places substitute the words “31 March”.
