Section 1Citation and commencement
This order may be cited as the Public Processions (Northern Ireland) Act 1998 (Accounts and Audit) Order 2001 and shall come into force on 30th March 2001.

Section 2Amendment of Paragraph 12 of Schedule 1
In paragraph 12 of Schedule 1 to the Public Processions (Northern Ireland) Act 1998, for sub-paragraph (5) there shall be substituted the following sub-paragraph:
(5) The financial year of the Commission shall be the period of 12 months ending on 31st March; but the financial year that began on 1st January 2000 shall end on 31st March 2001.
Section 3Revocation
The Public Processions (Northern Ireland) Act 1998 (Accounts and Audit) Order 2000 is hereby revoked.
