Section 1

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Companies (Unregistered Companies) (Amendment) Regulations 2001.

(2) These Regulations shall come into force on 16th February 2001.

Section 2

The Companies (Unregistered Companies) Regulations 1985 are hereby amended by inserting in the Schedule to those Regulations, after the entry relating to Part X of the Act 1985, the following entry—

Part XA Control of political donations by companies
