Section 2Provisions coming into force on 1st April 2001
The following provisions of the Transport Act 2000 shall come into force on 1st April 2001—
save for section 3, Part I to the extent it is not already in force, and
section 274, in so far as it relates to the entries in Part I of Schedule 31.
