Section 1

(1) These regulations may be cited as the Limited Liability Partnerships (Forms) Regulations 2001 and shall come into force on 6th April 2001.

(2) In these Regulations, references to a section or to a numbered section are to a section of the Companies Act 1985 as applied to limited liability partnerships by regulations 3 and 4 of the Limited Liability Partnerships Regulations 2001 .

Section 2

The forms which are listed in the first column of Part I of Schedule 1 to these Regulations, and set out in Part II of that Schedule, with such variations as circumstances require, are forms prescribed for the purposes of the sections set out in the second column of Part I of that Schedule.

Section 3

The particulars or information contained in the forms listed in the first column of Schedule 2 to these Regulations are the particulars or information prescribed for the purposes of the sections of the Companies Act 1985 which are referred to in the second column of that Schedule.
