Section 1Citation, commencement and interpretation

(1) This Order may be cited as the Newcastle upon Tyne Hospitals National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Amendment Order 2001 and shall come into force on 2nd March 2001.

(2) In this Order, “ the Order ” means the Newcastle upon Tyne Hospitals National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1998 .

Section 2Additional non-executive director

In article 4 of the Order (directors of the trust), for “5 non-executive” there shall be substituted “6 non-executive”.
