This Order may be cited as the City and Hackney Community Services, the Newham Community Health Services and the Tower Hamlets Healthcare National Health Service Trusts (Dissolution) Order 2001 and shall come into force on 1st April 2001.
(1) The City and Hackney Community Services National Health Service Trust established by the City and Hackney Community Services National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1995 is hereby dissolved, and accordingly that Order is hereby revoked.
(2) The Newham Community Health Services National Health Service Trust established by the Newham Community Health Services National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1995 is hereby dissolved, and accordingly that Order is hereby revoked.
(3) The Tower Hamlets Healthcare National Health Service Trust established by the Tower Hamlets Healthcare National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1995 is hereby dissolved, and accordingly that Order is hereby revoked.
