Section 1Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the North East Lincolnshire and the Scunthorpe and Goole Hospitals National Health Service Trusts (Dissolution) Order 2001 and shall come into force on 1st April 2001.

Section 2Dissolution of NHS trusts
(1) The North East Lincolnshire National Health Service Trust established by the Grimsby Health National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1992 is hereby dissolved, and accordingly that Order is hereby revoked.
(2) The Scunthorpe and Goole Hospitals National Health Service Trust established by the Scunthorpe and Goole Hospitals National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1992 is hereby dissolved, and accordingly that Order is hereby revoked.
