Section 1 Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Bristol Education Action Zone (Variation) Order 2001 and shall come into force on 6th April 2001.

Section 2 Variation and Amendment of the Bristol Education Action Zone Order 2000

(1) The Bristol Education Action Zone Order 2000 shall be varied in accordance with paragraph (2) of this article, and amended in accordance with paragraphs (3) and (4).

(2) In Schedule 2 before the words “Cabot Primary School” there shall be inserted the words “Bristol Gateway School, DfEE number 8017001, Mogg Street, St Werburgh's, Bristol BS2 9UR.”

(3) In paragraph (c) of Article 5 the word “five” shall be replaced by the word “six”.

(4) In Schedule 1 the name, address and company details of the partner “Include” shall be deleted.
