Section 1Citation and commencement
(1) This Order may be cited as the District of Craven (Ribble Banks Parish Council) (Electoral Changes) Order 2002.
(2) This Order shall come into force on the day after that on which it is made.

Section 2Changes to elections arrangements for the Parish of Ribble Banks
(1) The term of office of any parish councillor elected on the ordinary day of election of councillors in 2003 for the Ribble Banks Parish Council shall be three years.
(2) Elections for all parish councillors for the Ribble Banks Parish Council shall be held simultaneously on the ordinary day of election of councillors in 2006 and in every fourth year thereafter.
