Section 1Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Government of Further Education Corporations (Revocation) (England) Regulations 2002 and shall come into force on 13th May 2002.

Section 2Revocation

(1) The Regulations specified in Part 1 of the Schedule to this Order (which relate to further education corporations in England) are hereby revoked.

(2) The Regulations specified in Part 2 of the Schedule to this Order are hereby revoked in relation to England.
