The Criminal Justice and Police Act 2001 (Commencement No. 6) Order 2002
Section 2
Section 130 of the Criminal Justice and Police Act 2001 shall come into force on:
(a) 22nd April 2002 for the purpose of remands and committals by a court in any of the police areas listed in the Schedule to this Order; and
(b) 16th September 2002 for all other purposes.
