Section 1 Citation and commencement and interpretation

(1) This Order may be cited as the Burntwood, Lichfield and Tamworth Primary Care Trust (Establishment) Amendment Order 2002 and shall come into force on 1st April 2002.

(2) In this Order—

“ the Order ” means the Burntwood, Lichfield and Tamworth Primary Care Trust (Establishment) Order ; and

“ the trust ” means the trust established by the Order.

Section 2 Amendment of the Schedule to the Primary Care Trust Establishment Order

(1) The Schedule to the Order shall be amended in accordance with the following paragraphs.

(2) In the entry for the Borough of Burntwood and Lichfield, there shall be inserted after “Leomansley”, “Little Aston”; and after “Shenstone”, “Stonnall”.

(3) In the entry for the Borough of Burntwood and Lichfield the entry for “Kings Bromley” shall be deleted.

(4) In the entry for the Borough of Tamworth for “Fazelely” there shall be substituted, “Fazeley”.
