Section 1Citation and commencement

(1) This Order may be cited as the Central Derby Primary Care Trust (Establishment) Amendment Order 2002 and shall come into force on 1st April 2002.

(2) In this Order “ the Order ” means the Central Derby Primary Care Trust Establishment Order 2000 .

Section 2Amendment of Schedule to the Order

In the Schedule to the Order (Area of Trust) after “Sinfin” there shall be added “Blagreaves”.
