Section 1Citation and commencement

(1) This Order may be cited as the Torbay Primary Care Trust and the Teignbridge Primary Care Trust (Establishment) Amendment Order 2002 and shall come into force on 1st April 2002.
(2) In this Order—
“the First Order ” means the Torbay Primary Care Trust Establishment Order 2000 ;
“the Second Order ” means the Teignbridge Primary Care Trust Establishment Order 2001 .

Section 2Amendment of the First Order and of the Second Order

Article 8 of the First Order and of the Second Order (exercise of functions) shall be deleted.
