Section 1
This Order may be cited as the Education (Birmingham College of Food, Tourism and Creative Studies) (Transfer to the Higher Education Sector) Order 2002 and shall come into force on 1st August 2002.

Section 2
On the date on which this Order comes into force the Birmingham College of Food, Tourism and Creative Studies shall cease to be a further education corporation and shall become a higher education corporation.
