(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Education (Bursaries for School Teacher Training) (England) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2002 and shall come into force on 13th May 2002.
(2) These Regulations shall apply in relation to England.
The Education (Bursaries for School Teacher Training) (England) Regulations 2002 shall be amended as follows.
(1) In regulation 2(1) delete the definition of “fast track teacher”.
(2) In regulation 4(1) insert a comma after “head teacher” and delete the words “or fast track teacher, who has satisfactorily completed his induction period before the relevant date and”.
(3) Delete regulation 4(3).
