Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Firearms (Amendment) Act 1988 (Firearms Consultative Committee) Order 2002 and shall come into force on 1st February 2002.

Section 2

The Firearms Consultative Committee shall continue to exist for a period of two years beginning on 1st February 2002.

Section 3

The Firearms (Amendment) Act 1988 (Firearms Consultative Committee) Orders 1996 and 2000 are hereby revoked.
