Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Rotherham Priority Health Services National Health Service Trust (Dissolution) Order 2002 and shall come into force on 1st April 2002.

Section 2Dissolution of NHS trusts

The Rotherham Priority Health Services National Health Service Trust is dissolved and accordingly the Rotherham Priority Health Services National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1992 is revoked.
