Section 1Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Education (QCA Levy)(Amendment) Regulations 2002 and shall come into force on 1st July 2002.

Section 2Amendment of regulations

(1) The Education (QCA Levy) Regulations 2002 shall be amended as follows.

(2) In regulation 5(3) before “awards” there shall be inserted “leviable”.
