Section 1Citation and application

(1) This Order may be cited as the Local Government Act 2000 (Commencement No. 3) (Wales) Order 2002.

(2) This Order applies in relation to Wales.

Section 2Commencement of section 93

The following provisions—
(a) subsection (2) of section 93 of the Local Government Act 2000, and
(b) subsections (3) to (12) of that section insofar as they relate to local authorities in Wales,
shall come into force on 30th June 2002.
