Section 1
(1) This Order may be cited as the Education (Listed Bodies) (England) Order 2002 and shall come into force on 23rd May 2002.
(2) This Order extends to England only .

Section 2
The bodies which are specified in the Schedule to this Order comprise all those bodies which appear to the Secretary of State to fall within section 216(3) of the Education Reform Act 1988.
Section 3
The Education (Listed Bodies) (England) Order 2000 is hereby revoked.
