Section 1 Citation and commencement and interpretation

(1) This Order may be cited as the South Stoke Primary Care Trust (Establishment) Amendment (No. 2) Order 2002 and shall come into force on 16th May 2002.

(2) In this Order—

“ the Order ” means the South Stoke Primary Care Trust (Establishment) Order ; and

“ the trust ” means the trust established by the Order.

Section 2 Amendment of the Schedule to the Principal Order

(1) The Schedule to the Order shall be amended in accordance with the following paragraph.

(2) For the entry for the City of Stoke on Trent, there shall be substituted the following entry:

Blurton; Caverswall; Fenton; Hanley West and Shelton; Hartshill and Penkhull; Longton North; Longton South; Meir Park and Sandon; Stoke and Trent Vale; Trentham and Hanford; Weston and Meir North.
