Section 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

(1) This Order may be cited as the South Buckinghamshire National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Amendment Order 2002 and shall come into force on 1st April 2002.

(2) In this Order—

“ the Order ” means the South Buckinghamshire National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1992 ;

“ the trust ” means the National Health Service trust established by the Order.

Section 2 Amendment of article 3 of the Order

In paragraph (2) of article 3 of the Order (nature and functions of the trust) the words “and community health services” are deleted.
