Section 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

(1) This Order may be cited as the Camden and Islington Mental Health National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Amendment Order 2002 and shall come into force on 1st April 2002.

(2) In this Order “the principal Order ” means the Camden and Islington Mental Health National Health Service Trust Order 2001 .

Section 2 Amendment of article 2 of the principal Order

In article 2 of the principal Order there shall be substituted for the words “Camden and Islington Mental Health National Health Service Trust” the words “Camden and Islington Mental Health and Social Care Trust”.

Section 3 Amendment of article 4 of the principal Order

In article 4 of the principal Order for “5” on both occasions it appears, there shall be substituted “7”.
