Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Chester and Halton Community National Health Service Trust (Dissolution) Order 2002 and shall come into force on 1st April 2002.

Section 2Dissolution of NHS trusts

The Chester and Halton Community National Health Service Trust is hereby dissolved and accordingly the Chester and Halton Community National Health Service (Establishment) Order 1990 is revoked.
