Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Driving Licences (Exchangeable Licences) (Amendment) Order 2002 and shall come into force on 21st June 2002.

Section 2Revocation of the designation of Kenya

Kenya shall cease to be designated for the purposes of the definition of “exchangeable licence” in section 108(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1988.

Section 3Amendment of Driving Licences (Exchangeable Licences) Order 1984

In the Driving Licences (Exchangeable Licences) Order 1984 , in article 2, the word “Kenya” shall be omitted.
