Section 1
These Rules may be cited as the Magistrates' Courts (Reciprocal Enforcement of Maintenance Orders) (Amendment) Rules 2002 and shall come into force on 20th August 2002.

Section 2
Schedule 1 to the Magistrates' Courts (Reciprocal Enforcement of Maintenance Orders) Rules 1974 shall be amended by inserting after the word “Zimbabwe” the word “Nunavut”.
